Saeed has 25 years’ experience working in regulatory compliance and technology leadership roles at tier 1 commodities trading houses.  

Saeed was formerly at EDF Trading Markets, where he was responsible for the delivery of a Global Trade Surveillance System and for supervising the Compliance Surveillance operations. Saeed has extensive experience in working with the FCA on compliance matters including regulatory investigations, STOR’s, and commodities the matic review to FCA supervisory visits.

Saeed has held previous positions of Head of Transformation, Head of Investment Portfolio Management and CTO and was responsible for building EDF Trading’s Energy Trade & Risk Management system.

Saeed started his career at the National Grid Group and was responsible for delivering systems for the New Electricity Trading Arrangements.

Saeed joined KRM22 in June 2018 and is responsible for regulatory risk products and developing strategic product partnerships.

Saeed is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants and holds a BA (Hons) in Business & Finance at the University of Westminster. Saeed is a certificated Market Abuse (Entrima) professional and a practitioner in Project Management (Prince2).
